Our most comprehensive sports massage experience.

Our 90 minute sports massage provides the time and space for our most thorough and detailed treatment.

We’ll take time to understand how your body has been feeling, explore any relevant movements, and work comprehensively across the areas that need attention; without having to narrow the session to a single priority.

Where helpful, we can also include exercise advice, recovery strategies and practical recommendations tailored to your training, work or daily life.

This is our highest level sports massage offering and the best choice when you want the fullest treatment experience, have several areas you would like addressed, or simply value the additional time and attention.

Injury Consultation

£60

A focused assessment to help you understand an injury or symptom and identify the right next step. This session is designed for anyone who wants guidance about a specific injury, pain or symptom.

We’ll discuss what you’ve been experiencing, how it’s affecting you, and what you would like help with. Depending on your needs, the session may include a focused assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise advice, or a combination of these approaches.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of the problem, practical advice on what you can do, and guidance on the most appropriate next steps.

If the problem is more complex or you would benefit from a structured rehabilitation programme, we can also help you decide what that should look like.

Sports Rehab: Follow Up

£60

Ongoing support to review your progress and develop your rehabilitation programme. This session is a chance to check in on your progress, see what’s working, and adjust things where needed.

We’ll talk through any changes in how you're feeling, what’s improved, and what still needs attention. From there, we’ll refine your rehab or treatment plan: keeping it aligned with your goals, your body, and your day to day life.

Think of this as a reset and refocus, making sure you're still on the right path and feeling supported every step of the way.

Rebecca was very skilled, thorough and knowledgeable, with a friendly and reassuring manner.
She accurately diagnosed the source of the hip tension I've not been able to get rid of for many years, even after osteopath treatment.
The work Rebecca did loosened it up a fair bit, and the exercises she gave me are really helping too, for this and some other difficulties we talked through.
I'm pretty much fixed up now, and am very happy.

Chris is a great guy.
